Warranty Period

All electronic products are covered by a standard 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

If you selected the 1-year extended warranty at the time of purchase, your total warranty coverage extends to 3 years.


What the Warranty Covers

If an electrical component of your product malfunctions during the warranty period, we will replace the product at no additional cost.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by accidents, impact, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Malfunctions resulting from misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation


How to Submit a Warranty Request

To file a warranty claim, please contact us at info@gadstorm.com.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please reply to that message with a video clearly showing the problem, such as:

  • The product failing to turn on

  • Charging issues

  • Malfunctioning during normal use

If video evidence cannot be provided or does not sufficiently demonstrate the issue, we may request that the product be returned for further inspection.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted


Eligibility Criteria
