Delivery-Related Concerns

If your order arrives damaged, with missing items, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel by emailing info@gadstorm.com.

You will receive an automatic confirmation. Kindly reply to that email with clear photos of the parcel, including:

  • The external packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The items received, highlighting any visible damage or discrepancies

We treat these reports with priority and aim to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.


Product Defects or Technical Issues

If your product is malfunctioning or not operating correctly even after following the user instructions, please contact us at info@gadstorm.com.

After receiving our auto-response, reply with:

  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue (e.g., device not turning on, not charging, or not performing as expected)

If you are unable to provide visual documentation, we may request that the product be returned for inspection.

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted
